Voyage Support

Voyage Support is a registered DFFH and NDIS service provider. We support people across Victoria with a range of needs.

The primary services we provide are:

• NDIS support coordination

• NDIS specialist support coordination

• MACNI assessment, care plan development and care plan coordination

• Secondary consultation services and coordination under other funding streams.

Experienced practitioners will work closely with you, your friends & family, your community and your other services to help you achieve your goals. Because everyone is different, we work with you in a personalised way, to make sure your needs and priorities are met.
